Team Notes:
• Duke extended its ACC-leading home court win streak to 45 games. Duke is now just one game shy of tying the school record for consecutive home wins, a 46-game tear that ran from 1997-2000.
• The Blue Devils also won their 64th consecutive home game versus an unranked opponent and their 20th home game against an ACC team.
• The Blue Devils improved to 159-77 all-time against Wake Forest and 40-23 under Coach K. The win was Duke's 14th straight in the series by more than 10 points. Duke has now won 13 straight games against Wake Forest at home. The Demon Deacons have not won in Cameron Indoor Stadium since Jan. 11, 1997.
• Duke improved to 51-9 all-time when ranked No. 4 in the AP poll.
• The 18-point win was Duke's largest margin of victory in an ACC game since Feb. 20, 2011 when the Blue Devils beat Georgia Tech 79-57.
• Duke got 43 points from its bench with
Austin Rivers and
Ryan Kelly scoring 20 points apiece. Duke's bench has scored 40 or more points three times this season and is 3-0 with a +99 scoring margin (+33.3 per game) in those contests.

Andre Dawkins led a three-point shooting barrage by sinking seven three-pointers, all of which came in the first half. Dawkins made five in a row at one point and scored 18 consecutive points for the Blue Devils. Point guard
Tyler Thornton assisted on all six of Dawkins' three-pointers.
• Duke went 11-for-23 (47.8 percent) from the three-point line for the game, hitting at least 10 three-pointers for the sixth time this season and shooting over 45.0 percent for the seventh time.
• Duke sank a season-high eight three-pointers in the first half while shooting 50.0 percent from three-point range in the opening frame.
• Three Duke players –
Andre Dawkins (21),
Ryan Kelly (20) and
Austin Rivers (20) – scored at least 20 points, marking the first time since March 6, 2010 that Duke has had three 20-point scorers in a game. The last Duke trio to accomplish that feat was
Kyle Singler (25),
Jon Scheyer (20) and
Nolan Smith (20) in the 82-50 home win over North Carolina.
• Four Blue Devils also scored in double figures for the 11th time this season. Duke is 11-0 when at least four players scored 10 or more points.
• Duke outrebounded Wake Forest 39-30. The Blue Devils have outrebounded seven opponents this season.
• The Blue Devils were in danger of ending a streak of 33 consecutive games with a block until junior
Todd Zafirovski recorded Duke's only rejection of the game with 58 seconds remaining. It was the first career block for Zafirovski.
Player Notes:
Seth Curry
• Made his 31st consecutive start. Duke is 26-5 during that 31-game start streak.
• Scored in double figures for the 11th time this season. Shot 7-of-9 (.778) from the floor for his second highest shooting percentage of the season.
• Registered three steals, matching a season high. Curry has two or more steals in nine games this year.
Andre Dawkins
• Sank seven three-pointers in the first half on the way to 21 first-half points. Dawkins went 7-of-12 from the three-point line in the first half.
• Dawkins scored 18 consecutive points for Duke by hitting six straight three-pointers. No other Blue Devil scored during that first-half run.
• Dawkins' streak of five straight three-pointers came to a halt with 1:50 remaining in the first half, but he tracked down his miss for an offensive rebound. He hit another three-pointer during the same possession just 14 seconds later for his seventh trey of the half.
• Put together his second straight 20-point game and scored in double figures for the ninth time this season. Dawkins is averaging 18.3 points per game over his last three games and leads Duke with 15.3 points per game in ACC contests.
Ryan Kelly
• Registered his second 20-point game of the season and came off the bench to do so. Kelly has scored 20 points in two of Duke's four ACC games and was not in the starting lineup for either of those scoring outbursts.
• Kelly has now scored in double figures in all five games he has not started. He is averaging 16.8 points per game when coming off the bench.
• Scored in double figures for the 11th time this season.
• Made his first five field goal attempts and scored 10 points in the first half. Kelly sank two of those first five shots on offensive putbacks and scored another after picking off a pass on Duke's end of the court.
• Dished out a season-high four assists. His four assists led to 10 points, including a pair of three-pointers.
Mason Plumlee
• Made his 39th consecutive start. Duke is 33-6 during that 39-game streak.
• Hauled in nine rebounds to increase his team-leading total to 170 on the year. Plumlee ranks second in the ACC with 9.4 rebounds per game.
• Finished one point and two rebounds shy of a double-double. Plumlee is tied for the ACC lead with seven double-doubles. He averages 11.5 points and 9.4 rebounds per game.
Austin Rivers
• Was out of the starting lineup for the first time this season, but responded by scoring 20 points in his first game coming off the bench.
• Went 3-of-4 from the three-point line to match a career high for made three-pointers. Rivers also went 6-of-11 from the floor and 5-of-6 from the free-throw line.
• Scored in double figures for the team-leading 14th time this season. Rivers scored 20 points for the team-leading fourth time this year.
Tyler Thornton
• Doubled his career high in assists, dishing out eight helpers while committing just one turnover in 21 minutes.
• Thornton's eight assists led directly to 23 points. Seven of those passes resulted in
Andre Dawkins three-pointers.
Todd Zafirovski
• Recorded his first career block with 58 seconds remaining in the game. Also pulled in his second career rebound just before the final buzzer.
