DURHAM, N.C.— Redshirt freshman Kim DeCesare of the Duke women's soccer team sat down with GoDuke.com this week to talk about coming back from a knee injury, her summer plans and spring practice, among other topics.
A product of Massapequa Park, N.Y., DeCesare missed the 2009 campaign due to a knee injury. The 5-10 defender/midfielder saw action in 20 matches this past season, while posting two goals and two assists.
DeCesare helped lead the Blue Devils to the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16 this past season as Duke registered an 11-8-4 overall record.
