The previous four times all came in the second half. The 19.4 percent shooting in the second half was a season low for the Blue Devils. Duke only allowed one three-point field goal from N.C. State as the Wolfpack shot 1-of-10 from behind the arc. It is the second time this season the Blue Devils only allowed one trey with the other being Saint Louis.

Senior Kyle Singler drew his team-leading 91st consecutive start and has now started in 133 of his 134 career games. The 133 career starts ranks tied for fourth most on Duke's all-time list with Mark Alarie and Johnny Dawkins.
Singler has scored in double figures in 117 career games and 22 of the 23 games this season. His 117 double-digit scoring games rank fifth on Duke's all-time list.
With his 14 points he moves past Maryland's Greivis Vasquez on the ACC career scoring list and now ranks 18th in league history with 2,180 career points.
Singler became the 10th player in school history with 900 career rebounds and the fifth Blue Devil with 2,000 points and 900 rebounds after posting nine rebounds in the game. He now has 905 career rebounds.
Senior Nolan Smith posted his ACC-leading 13th game with 20 or more points. He has 30 career games with 20 or more and has scored at least 20 in six of the last seven games.
He reached double figures in scoring for the 22nd time in 23 games this season. He has 81 career games with 10 or more points.
Smith has now tallied at least 20 points, five rebounds and five assists in six games this season to lead the nation, two more than any other player in the country.
It is the 14th game this season that Smith has posted at least five rebounds and 16th game with five or more assists.
He was a perfect 6-of-6 from the free throw line and is now shooting .965 (55-of-57) from the foul line in ACC games.
The two steals give Smith 11 multi-steal games, including five in nine conference outings.
