Duke Hosts Virginia Tech on Sunday in Cameron at 12:00 PM...
Looking to rebound off its third loss of the season, the seventh-ranked Duke women's basketball team (23-3, 9-2 ACC) will host Virginia Tech (11-15, 1-10 ACC) on Sunday, Feb. 20 at 12:00 p.m., in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Fans can catch the game live on the Blue Devil Sports Network, which will be aired on 620 AM, with Steve Barnes (PXP) and Morgan Patrick (Color) on the air. The contest can also be viewed on www.GoGuke.com with live video.
The Blue Devils will be defending their 21-game overall winning streak in Cameron Indoor Stadium and 19-game winning streak in Cameron against ACC opponents.
Duke is currently ranked No. 7 in the Associated Press and ESPN/USA Today Division I Coaches Polls.

The Blue Devils have won 42 ACC contests over the last four years and 56 over the last five ... A Look At Virginia Tech...
Virginia Tech enters the contest on Sunday with an 11-15 overall and 1-10 league mark under the direction of Head Coach Beth Dunkenburger. The Hokies have been led by Shanel Harrison (12.6 points), Alyssa Fenyn (9.6 points) and Monet Tellier (8.5 points) on the year.
The Series With Virginia Tech...
Duke and Virginia Tech will meet for the 19th time in school history. The Blue Devils lead the series, 16-2, with Duke winning the past 14 games in a row.
In contests played at Cameron Indoor Stadium, the Blue Devils hold an 8-1 record with the only loss coming on Nov. 17, 1998. Duke has won six in a row at home against the Hokies. Blue Devil Head Coach Joanne P. McCallie will face Virginia Tech for the ninth time in her 19-year coaching career and owns a 7-1 record. She has won seven straight games against VT since joining the Duke program. As the head coach at Michigan State, Coach P and the Spartans fell, 50-36, to the Hokies on Nov. 25, 2000 in the Tallahassee Democrat Seminoles Classic in Tallahassee, Fla.
Storylines/Other Blue Devil Notes...
- The Blue Devils have won 19 straight games in Cameron Indoor Stadium against ACC opponents.
- Duke is coming off being outrebounded at Maryland marking only the fourth time this year the Blue Devils have been outrebounded.
- The Blue Devils have averaged only nine points off the bench the last two games, after averaging 25.9 points off the bench the first 24 games.
- Duke has featured nine different starting lineups this season, including five different lineups over the last six games.
- With her 690 career rebounds, senior Krystal Thomas is 12th on Duke's all-time rebounds list. She needs 36 more boards to move into a tie for 11th along with Carey Kauffman.
- Freshman Richa Jackson started the last game, but only played three minutes due to a left knee injury. She is listed as day-to-day.
- Krystal Thomas ranks second in the ACC with an 8.9 rebounds per game average against ACC opponents.
- Duke started three freshmen -- Chelsea Gray, Haley Peters, Richa Jackson -- at 13th-ranked North Carolina, which was a first in Duke history. No other Blue Devil squad has ever started three freshmen in a single game.
- With one more ACC victory, Duke will earn its 10th ACC win of the season, which will give the Blue Devils 10 or more league wins for the 13th straight year. The streak is the longest in the ACC.
- Freshman Tricia Liston has struggled the last six games hitting only 4-of-19 field goals and has gone 0-of-8 from three-point land.
- For the second straight year, Duke boasts only one double-digit scorer -- Jasmine Thomas (14.3). Prior to the last two years, the Blue Devils had not posted only one double-figure scorer since the 1981-82 season (Stacy Hurd, 13.6).
- The Blue Devils have started four different freshmen (Chelsea Gray, Haley Peters, Richa Jackson, Chloe Wells) on the season and three different point guards (Gray, Wells and Shay Selby). It marks the first time since 1996-97 that four different freshmen have started at least one game in a season (Peppi Browne, Missy West, Lauren Rice and Jennifer Forte).
- The Blue Devils have notched 20+ offensive boards in seven games this year. In four years at Duke, Head Coach Joanne P. McCallie has notched five victories against top-five ranked teams -- #4/4 Xavier in 2010-11, #3/3 Ohio State in 2009-10, #3/4 Stanford in 2008-09, while knocking off #4/3 Rutgers and #5/4 Maryland in 2007-08.
- The Blue Devil senior class of Jasmine Thomas, Krystal Thomas and Karima Christmas have led Duke to a 105-25 overall record in four years.
- Senior Jasmine Thomas continues to move up the Duke career scoring list this season as she now ranks eighth with 1,530 points. She needs 90 more to move into a tie for seventh along with Georgia Schweitzer (1,620).
- The 11 active players on the Blue Devil roster combined to notch a 3.28 GPA in the fall.
- Duke's bench has outscored the opposing team's starters twice this season -- against Wisconsin (33-26) and versus Virginia Tech (29-28).
- The Blue Devils notched their fifth road victory against a ranked opponent over the last four years and the first of the season with an 87-70 win at 21st-ranked Florida State. The 87 points against a ranked opponent was the most since Duke notched 89 in the ACC Championship game against Maryland on March 8, 2009 and the most in the regular season since scoring 90 versus Maryland on Feb. 13, 2006.
- The 20-0 record to start the year was the best start by any of Head Coach Joanne P. McCallie's teams over her 19 years as a head coach. The Blue Devils were the last remaining unbeaten team in women's college basketball in 2010-11.

Double-Figure Minutes...
Duke currently has 11 players averaging double-figure minutes played on the season. The Blue Devils have never featured 11 players averaging 10+ minutes played in a season. The 2004-05 squad had all nine and the 2001-02 team had all eight players average double-digit minutes.
The Blue Devils are the only team in the ACC and in the top 25 that feature every member of their team averaging double-digit minutes.
At Home in Cameron Indoor Stadium...
Since Head Coach Joanne P. McCallie took over as head coach at Duke in 2007-08, she has guided the Blue Devils to a 53-4 overall record in Cameron Indoor Stadium. During that stretch, the Blue Devils posted a 14-0 mark in 2008-09, which was only the second undefeated home season in school history.
Duke is currently riding an 21-game winning streak in Cameron and has won 44 out of the last 45 games at home.
In Cameron Indoor Stadium, Duke has won 53 out of the last 57 contests, 67 out of the last 71 and 148 out of the last 158 games since 2000-01.
Coming Off a Loss...
The Blue Devils will look to avoid back-to-back losses for the first time since the 2007-08 campaign when Duke fell three straight games in November and December.
Duke has not suffered back-to-back losses in January or February since the 1999-2000 season with defeats to 24th-ranked Virginia and Florida State.
Home Win Streaks...
Duke's current 21-game winning streak in Cameron Indoor Stadium ranks tied for third-best in school history.
