In the second half, Duke scored 51 points and shot 58.6 percent from the field. They have scored 50 or more points in the second half six times this season and have shot over 50 percent after halftime in 12 contests.
The Blue Devils finished with a +11 rebounding advantage, their largest rebounding margin since Dec. 20 against Elon when they outrebounded the Phoenix 41-26.
Duke made 13-of-14 (.929) free throws in the second half and shot 85 percent for the game.

Sophomore Mason Plumlee returned to the starting lineup after coming off the bench in the last five games. He started the first 11 games this season.
Plumlee pulled down a career-high 16 rebounds in the game for his seventh game this season with 10 or more. He had 10 rebounds in the first half, including nine in the first 5:36 of the game. The last Duke player with 15 rebounds in a game was Brian Zoubek, who had 16 against Virginia Tech on Feb. 21, 2010.
In his last two outings, Plumlee has grabbed 30 total rebounds. He has raised his season average to 8.5 rebounds per game. The 30 rebounds in two games are the most since 2009 when Singler had 30 (14 against Georgia Tech and 16 against Georgetown).
With two blocked shots, Plumlee has posted seven games this season and 13 career games with two or more. He leads the team with 28 blocked shots this season.
Senior Kyle Singler drew his team-leading 85th consecutive start and has now started in 127 of his 128 career games. The 127 career starts ranks ninth on Duke's all-time list.
With his 13 points Singler has scored in double figures in 111 career games and 16 of the 17 games this season. His 111 double-digit scoring games rank tied for sixth in school history with Mike Gminski and Grant Hill.
Singler tied Shane Battier for sixth on Duke's career three-point field goals list. The two players have 246 career treys.
The two blocked shots matched a season high for Singler, who had two blocks in the season opener against Princeton.
Senior Nolan Smith finished with a game-high 29 points. He has tallied an ACC best eight games with 20 or more points and has 25 career 20-point games.
He has scored in double figures in 16 games this season and 75 career games. He has eight straight games with at least 15 points.
For Smith it was his fifth game this season with at least 20 points, five rebounds and five assists in a game.
He has tallied at least five rebounds in a game 11 times and five or more assists in 13 contests.
Smith has made 10 or more field goals in a game three times this season.
After making his first seven free throw attempts in the game, Smith recorded his first missed free throw in conference play this year. He made his first 25 attempts in the four league games and is now 26-of-27 (.963).
With three steals Smith has recorded nine steals in his last two games. He has three games this season with three or more steals.
