Upcoming Event: Women's Golf versus NCAA Regional Championship on May 11, 2026

Hello Blue Devil fans,
The US Open is on a great course in Oakmont. The USGA has come through as always in the setup and kept the fairways and greens in fantastic shape. The greens are quick enough so that you have to think about speed on every putt, and the rough is full enough to turn your club around if you don't put a good swing on the ball.
Mostly I've been sticking to the same routine I do at every other tournament. That is to warm up starting a little over an hour before my tee time, and then after I play getting a bit of practice in. I don't stay at the course too long afterwards though, and try to get plenty of sleep.
It's great to see the top players of the game around everywhere. While they are just playing golf here like everyone else, it is still nice to learn as much as possible from them. I can improve my game just by being here to play the course and see the routines out here.
