- The 7-0 start continues the best start by a Coach P team over her 19 years as a head coach.
- Moved to 6-1 all-time against James Madison.
- Improved to 39-8 all-time against the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA).
- Coach P improved to 3-1 all-time against JMU.
- Coach P moved to 76-14 all-time against CAA teams.
Senior Jasmine Thomas
- Totaled a season-high seven assists.
- Finished the game with 11 points in 35 minutes.
- Played less than two hours away from home being from Fairfax, Va.
- Moved into eighth place on Duke's all-time field goals made list with 1,261 attempts.
- Moved into a tie for 10th place on Duke's career three-point field goals made list with 122.
- Started her 67th straight game at Duke.
Freshman Chelsea Gray
- Posted a career-high 15 points to go along with six rebounds, one assists in 21 minutes.
- Totaled double-figure scoring for the second time in her career.
- Had a career-high two three-pointers made.
- Hit a three-pointer in the sixth straight game.
- Set career highs in field goals made (4), field goals attempted (10), three-pointers made (2) and rebounds (6).
- Took her team-best fourth charge of the season.
Senior Krystal Thomas
- Totaled her second straight double-double and ninth of her career with 14 points and 13 rebounds.
- Moved into a tie for fifth place on Duke's all-time blocked shots list with 149. Had one on the night.
- Registered double-figure scoring for the third straight game and the fifth time out of the last six games.
Senior Karima Christmas
- Posted double-figure scoring for the third straight game with 14 points.
- Pulled down five rebounds.
Freshman Haley Peters
- Totaled a career-high four assists.
- Had seven points and three rebounds.
- Hit her second career three-pointer.
Junior Shay Selby
- Made her second career start.
Other Duke Notes:
- Hit 46.9 percent from the field.
- Outrebounded JMU, 41-33.
- Dished 20 assists, which is the second-most this season in a single game.
- Hit five three-pointers on the night.
- Duke held a 24-7 lead in bench points.
- The Blue Devils notched a 38-16 lead in points in the paint.
- Will close out a four-game road swing at Wisconsin on Thursday, Dec. 2 at 8:30 p.m. The game will be aired on the Big Ten Network and will be a part of the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.
