PACIFIC PALISADES, Calif.-Duke University juniors Ellah Nze and Reka Zsilinszka returned to the courts today in singles action at the Riviera/ITA All-American Championship. Nze lined up in the round of 16, while Zsilinszka was in action in the consolation singles bracket.
Facing fourth-ranked Jana Juricova of California, Nze fell 6-1, 6-3. The loss is just her second of the fall season. Zsilinszka dropped her consolation bracket match to UCLA's 11th-ranked Yasmin Schnack, 6-1, 6-2.
Duke returns to action in the ITA Regional Championship starting on Oct. 22 in Winston-Salem, N.C.
