Boston College's 40 field goal attempts is the second-lowest for a Duke opponent this season but the Eagles .525 (21-of-40) field goal percentage is the second-highest for a Duke opponent this season. The Eagle's were 22-of-28 from the free throw line, the third most makes and second most attempts for a Duke opponent. Individually, Tyrese Rice scored 22 points and was 9-of-9 from the line while Sean Marshall scored 23 points. It was the first time this season two opponent players scored 20 points while Rice's free throw performance is a Duke individual opponent best.
Duke improves to 138-60 following a loss under Coach K. Of those 197 losses, Duke has stopped the slide at one game 100 times. The streak of four straight matched the longest streak under Coach K and Duke is now 5-0 after losing four straight under Coach K.

Sophomore Josh McRoberts scored 18 points and had 11 rebounds, five assists and three steals in 39 minutes. He was 9-of-13 from the field for the second straight game, matching career highs for field goals made and field goal percentage (.692, with at least 10 attempts) for the second-straight game. In the last two games, McRoberts is averaging 19.0 points, 9.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 2.5 steals and 2.0 blocks per game while shooting 18-of-26 (.692) from the field. For McRoberts, it was his eighth career double-double and sixth of the season. Duke is 7-1 in McRoberts career when he has a double-double. It also marks his 20th game this season in double-figures in scoring and 35th of his career. It's also his 12th career game with 10-plus rebounds and seventh of the season.
Freshman Jon Scheyer scored 12 points, shooting 4-of-12 from the field, 3-of-7 from behind the arc and 1-of-2 from the line. He added three assists and a season-high tying three steals. Scheyer has reached double figures in three straight games and 17 overall this season. He has hit at least two three-pointers in each of the last three games, as well.
Sophomore Greg Paulus scored 15 points and added a season-high tying seven assists, four rebounds and three steals. Paulus hit 6-of-9 from the field and 2-of-3 from behind the arc. Paulus has reached double-figures in scoring in five straight games, nine of the last 10 and 13 of the last 16 and 14 games overall this season. He now has 25 career games in double figures. Paulus has dished out at least three assists in 11 straight games and four or more in eight of the last nine games.
Junior DeMarcus Nelson scored 15 points and added six rebounds, three assists and a steal in 33 minute of action. He was 6-of-11 from the field and 3-of-5 from behind the arc. Nelson has reached double figures in seven of the last eight games and 22 games overall this season and 37 times in his career.

Coach K's 772 wins in his first 32 seasons is the second most wins for any coach in NCAA history in their first 32 seasons. Dean Smith currently holds the record with 774 wins while Olson had 740 in his first 32 seasons.
Coach K is now 699-198 at Duke, just one win away from 700 in 897 career games. His 699 wins is the eighth most in NCAA history for wins at one school. UTEP's Don Haskins is eighth with 719. The fewest number of games needed for a coach to win 700 at one school in NCAA History was Kentucky's Adolph Rupp, who did it in 836 games. Currently second on that list is Smith, who accomplished the feat in 904 games.
