ATLANTA (Feb. 28) -- The nation's top 20 high school senior female basketball players, as selected by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA), will compete in the 2001 Phoenix/WBCA High School All-America Game presented by Nike.
The 20 players, who have been selected to participate in this year's Phoenix/WBCA High School All-America Game have been assigned to two, 10-player teams. The college-style regulation game is scheduled for April 7 at the Hartford Civic Center in Hartford, Conn. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m. ET. ESPN2 will broadcast the game for the seventh straight year.
