3.WellWish : Dear Jo,
I have to agree with Helen on this. Who can forget the glory days of
the Gateway Gators- not the early eighties, in fact it was of the LATE
70's! I remember Jo rebounding, shooting, dribbling down court,
shooting free throws, keeping opposing players in check, coaching us,
and keeping us inspired. Heck, the rest of us didn't have to lift a
finger! We just hung onto her lovely blond locks and rode the game out.
Awesome memories and a bright future still ahead for JO.

3.WellWish : Hey there Joanne, My name is Shelby and I have played
basketball every since I was 7 and I'm 13 now... A dream of mine I have
made myself is to become a great basketball player.. and be able to play
for Duke.. because nothing is better then to step out on the court
playing the sport you love.. playing for the one team you have pulled
for all your life.... I tryed out this year for basketball at my school
and I got cut.. biggest heartbreak I have ever had.. but I made it last
year.. but I remeber M.J #23... got cut his 10th and 11th grade year in
basketball and now is ranked the greatset of all times... and then I
look at my problems and say Shelby Shutup.. people have bigger problems
then you.. and the one that does is you.. and I want to send my saddness
out to you and the team.. but times like these are the times that try
our souls and our faith and power.. and if you can pull togther on times
like these then that truly is a number 1 team... so I just want to sa!
y to you that I hope you get better and get out on the court as soon as
possible because I miss you and the team does to.. and also the fans...
good Luck Joanne..... Best Wishes.. and Merry Christmas to... and Happy
News Year...
