Duke's Troy Andrew To Play In Hula Bowl

MAUI, HAWAII - Troy Andrew, a starter on Duke's offensive line for the past
three seasons, will play in the 55th annual Hula Bowl in Maui, Hawaii on
Saturday night.
Kickoff is set for 8:06 p.m. (EST) at War Memorial Stadium in Maui. The game will be televised live by ESPN.
Andrew, a native of Klein, Texas, started the final 33 games -- 32 at center and one at guard -- of his career with the Blue Devils and served as a team co-captain in 2000.
Andrew is joined on the Hula Bowl rosters by fellow ACC players Jarvis Borum (OT, N.C. State), Buba Burcham (OT, Florida State), Shawn Forte (FS, Maryland), Matt Kalapinski (FB, Maryland) and Clevan Thomas (WR, Florida State). In addition, Florida State head coach Bobby Bowden will serve as the head coach for the South Team.
Other top players participating in the contest are Purdue's Drew Brees (Maxwell Award winner), Kansas State's Jonathan Beasley (MVP of the 2001 Cotton Bowl), R.J. Bowers of Grove City University (All-time rusher in NCAA history), and J.T. Thatcher of Oklahoma (Mosi Tatupu Award winner for best Special Teams player in the country),
