Stanford leads the play with a 284 with Duke right on their trail with a
289 and Arizona (290), Arizona State (291), and San Jose State (292) round out the top five.
Sophomore Beth Bauer leads the individual play after turning a first round score of 67 (-4). She is one of three players who posted sub-70 scores. Bauer is currently ranked the No. 4 player in Rolex Rankings.
Freshman Maria-Garcia Estrada is in tied for 10th place after shooting a
even par 72, Amie Lehman posted a 74 (+2), Kalen Anderson fired a 76 (+4), and Candy Hannemann shot a 82 (+10) round out Duke's five players.
The Blue Devils have two more rounds of 18 holes each on Tuesday and Wednesday to conclude play. The Invitational is being played at the Randolph Park Golf Club.
