Duke, trailing 4-2, scored nine straight points, including seven by Browne, to take an 11-4 lead it never relinquished.
Seton Hall (3-4), which shot just 23 percent in the first half and 36 percent for the game, rallied to pull within 21-11 later in the first half. But Duke responded with an 11-3 run that allowed it to take a 32-14 lead at halftime.
The Blue Devils opened the second half in a press and outscored Seton Hall, 9-2, to take a 41-16 lead. Duke built its lead to 46-18 before coach Gail Goestenkors started playing her reserves.
Susan Murray and Naimah Smiyh each scored 11 for Seton Hall.
