Accessible Drop-Off & Pick-Up: An accessible drop-off and pick-up point is available on Whitford Drive. Guests should speak to the parking attendant for access.
Accessible Parking: General public accessible parking is available in the Whitford Lot (110 Whitford Drive, Durham, N.C.) during all home games. A valid ADA parking placard or license plate is required, with one vehicle permitted per placard. The lot opens two hours before kick-off, and parking is free. For weekday games, Pay by Phone spaces on Whitford Drive open at 5:30 p.m. If a soccer match coincides with basketball, football, or volleyball events, alternative parking may be required. Accessible Entry: All entrances to Koskinen Stadium are accessible. The Brandaleone Family North Gate is the closest entrance to accessible parking in the Whitford Lot. Stadium gates open 60 minutes before kick-off unless otherwise noted.
Accessible Restrooms: All stadium restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Restrooms are located in the southwest corner of the stadium and along Bassett Drive near Kennedy Tower. Baby-changing stations are available. A gender-neutral, accessible family restroom is available upon request—please see an event staff member for assistance.
Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is available in the front row of the main stadium bleachers in front of Kennedy Tower. Accessible ramps are located on the concourse under Kennedy Tower at each end of the bleachers.
Assistive Listening Devices: Assistive listening devices are available upon request at any ticket booth. After use, devices should be returned to the nearest event staff member.
Service Animals: Please review the Animal & Service Animal Policies section below for detailed guidelines on Service Animals and Service Animals in Training.
Severe Weather & Emergency Preparedness: In the event of severe weather or an emergency requiring stadium evacuation, event staff and Duke Game Operations will assist guests with disabilities. Severe weather and emergency PA announcements will also be displayed on the stadium video board.
Wheelchairs & Assistive Devices: Guests using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility devices may store them in designated accessible seating areas or under the Kennedy Tower bleachers. These devices must not obstruct aisles, walkways, or bleacher entrances. Please see an event staff member for assistance.
It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol into Koskinen Stadium. Individuals violating this policy are subject to ejection from the facility.
There are no ATMs inside Koskinen Stadium. However, a BB&T ATM is available outside the Scott Family Athletics Performance Center near the Ticket Office windows. The ATM dispenses cash in $20 increments. Concession stands inside the stadium accept credit/debit cards and mobile payment options.
Hand-held still cameras are permitted for personal use only. Cameras with a lens longer than four inches are not allowed. Video cameras may be used during pre-game and halftime only but are prohibited from filming the game.
Concessions at Koskinen Stadium are located on the north end of the Kennedy Tower bleachers. All stands are cashless and accept credit/debit cards, mobile payments and DukeCard Flex Accounts for students and staff.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside Koskinen Stadium, except for medical or childcare needs. Please dispose of all trash and recyclables in the designated bins throughout the stadium.

All personal items, including small bags, purses and strollers, are subject to inspection upon entry.
Re-entry is permitted with a valid game ticket. Guests leaving the stadium must present their ticket upon return. All items are subject to inspection upon re-entry.
Duke Athletics is committed to fostering a safe, respectful and family-friendly environment at Koskinen Stadium. Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately before, during and after the game. The following behaviors are prohibited:

If you observe inappropriate behavior or need assistance, please notify the nearest event staff member or contact Duke Game Operations on X at @Duke_GAMEDAY.
If an item is lost or found in the stadium, please report it to or inquire with the nearest event staff member. All lost and found items not claimed before the end of the game will be available for pick-up the next business day by contacting the Duke Facilities and Game Operations office at (919) 668-5658 or via email at duaa-gameops@duke.edu. Unclaimed items will be retained for 30 days following the event. After this period, any unclaimed items will be discarded.
Official Duke Athletics merchandise is available at the Johnson Family Team Store, located in the Scott Family Athletics Performance Center on Tribull Plaza between Cameron Indoor Stadium and Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium. For store hours and additional shopping options, visit the Duke Stores website.
For men’s lacrosse games, merchandise will also be sold at a tent location in the Southwest corner of Koskinen Stadium. The Duke merchandise tent will accept cash and credit/debit cards.
Listed below are the GPS addresses for ADA parking and general public parking. Along with the GPS address is a link to the Duke University parking map. The parking spaces along Frank Bassett Drive are Pay-By-Phone campus visitor spaces, not game day parking. Parking fees apply and will be enforced. If a lacrosse game coincides with another event or game day, parking locations may vary. Specific details will be provided on GoDuke.com/GameDayParking.
Free general public parking is available for most games in the Science Drive Garage. Please enter the garage off Cameron Blvd. The Pay-By-Phone spaces along Frank Bassett Drive are not designated game day parking. Parking fees apply and will be enforced.

In case of emergency, call Duke Police at (919) 684-2444, contact any Duke Athletics game day staff, or call 9-1-1 to reach Durham Police.
Bags and personal belongings must not be left unattended outside Koskinen Stadium. Unattended items may be removed or discarded at the discretion of stadium officials. Duke University and Duke Athletics are not responsible for lost or unattended items.
Duke University reserves the right to deny entry to any individual or item. Prohibited items should be returned to your vehicle or discarded. All guests and items brought into the stadium are subject to search before entering.
All restrooms at Koskinen Stadium are wheelchair accessible. Restrooms are located in the southwest corner of the stadium and along Bassett Drive near the Kennedy Tower bleachers. Baby-changing stations are available in all restrooms.
A gender-neutral, accessible family restroom is available upon request. Please see an event staff member for assistance in contacting Duke Game Operations.
In case of an emergency, follow instructions from the PA announcer, event staff and emergency responders. Identify the nearest exit upon arrival and establish a meeting location for friends or family in case you get separated. Stadium exits include the Brandaleone Family North Gate (Whitford Drive), Southwest Gate (above Bassett Drive), Southeast Gate (near Blue Devil Tower) and Northeast Gate (near the Murray Building and Scott Family Athletics Performance Center). Exits are also located under the main stadium bleachers in front of Kennedy Tower.
If you see any suspicious activity, report it to the nearest event staff or police officer. You can also text "DUKE (issue and location)" to (919) 808-5576.
Duke Game Operations actively monitors weather conditions leading up to and during all games. If a storm with severe weather, including lightning, is within 15 miles of the stadium, the PA announcer will notify guests of the conditions and recommend they seek shelter if desired. If severe weather comes within eight miles, a mandatory evacuation will be announced, and guests will be directed to their vehicles or an alternative shelter. Duke Athletics staff will assist guests, including those with disabilities. The stadium will remain closed until severe weather has cleared the area. Play will resume once an all-clear is given, and re-entry will be permitted.
Medical personnel from Duke Life Light will be on-site. First aid services are available near the stadium restrooms in the southwest corner. In case of an emergency, contact the nearest event staff member or call Duke Police at (919) 684-2444. For off-campus emergencies, dial 911.
All seating in Koskinen Stadium is general admission, bleacher seating, and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Will Call ticket pickup is available at the Bassett Drive Ticket Booth near the southwest entrance, beginning 60 minutes prior to game time.
Duke and visiting team player/guest tickets can be picked up at the same location. By NCAA rule, individuals picking up player/guest tickets must present valid identification, sign for their ticket and immediately enter the stadium.
All fans picking up will call tickets must present a valid, state-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport or identification card).
