Iron Duke Parking Hours: All Iron Duke lots open at 6 a.m.
RV/OV Parking Hours: GC Valet Lot opens Friday, Sept. 5 from 6–9 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 6 at 7 a.m. All RV/OV vehicles must be clear by Sunday, Sept. 7 at noon.
General Public Park & Walk Lots: Jogging Trail Lot and Chemistry Lot open at 7 a.m. Circuit Drive and Duke University Road tailgate lots open at 9 a.m. Research Drive Garage opens at 9 a.m.
General Public Courtesy Shuttle Lots: GC Lot and H Lot open at 9 a.m. Shuttle service runs from 9 a.m. until one hour postgame. Stops are located along Yearby Avenue and at Duke Chapel.
General Public Accessible Parking: STATE-ISSUED PLACARD OR PLATE REQUIRED – Blue Zone B-7 and B-4 Lots open at 7 a.m. In the event of overflow, accessible parking will be directed to Level 4 of Science Drive Garage.

Men’s Golf Rod Myers Invitational Parking
Parking is available at Duke University Golf Club off NC 751/Cameron Blvd. Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive prior to 9 a.m., to avoid football game day traffic and congestion.
Accessible parking for guests with disabilities is available for both the general public and Iron Duke members. For more information or assistance, guests should contact Duke Access & Accommodation Services at (919) 668-1267.
ADA parking placards or license plates are required, with a limit of one car per placard.
General Public Accessible Parking:

For accessibility assistance to and from the stadium, vans are available from all Iron Duke and general public parking lots.
Vans run on-call and may take 15 minutes or more to arrive.
Designated pick-up points include Blue Zone B-4 Lot, outside the Wilson Gate, Whitford Drive circle and Grounds Lot bus stop.
To request a van from any game day parking lot, text “DUACCESS” to (919) 808-5576 with your location and the number of guests – “DUACCESS Van, B-4 Lot, 4 Guests.” Text messaging service only – standard messaging and data rates may apply.

Buses solely dropping off and picking up guests, without tailgating activities, can park at the Duke University Road 2 Lot at no charge. Bus permits should be reserved in advance via Duke Tickets.
Buses planning group tailgates are classified as RV/OVs and must secure an RV/OV parking permit for the GC Lot, detailed in the RV/OV Parking section. Non-compliant buses will be ticketed and may lose parking privileges.
For specific route information, please consult the Bus Parking & Traffic Map linked above. Buses are authorized to drop off and pick up guests at the roundabout on Towerview Road at Wannamaker Drive. Access is via the intersection of Towerview Road and Duke University Road. After drop-off, buses are directed around the roundabout onto Duke University Road to park in the Duke University Road 2 Lot. To ensure efficient post-game pick-up, buses should be positioned at the roundabout on Towerview Road by the end of the third quarter, with staging directed by Duke Parking and Traffic staff facing Duke University Road for departure.
Duke University and Medical Center faculty, staff and students should use general public parking lots on game days. Parking is free of charge.
For Saturday home games, all vehicles parked in Iron Duke parking lots must be removed prior to 6 a.m. – TOWING ENFORCED. Duke Parking & Transportation Services will send game-specific information to daily permit holders each game week. All vehicles are towed at the owner’s expense.
Enjoy free parking for all regular-sized vehicles (less than nine feet wide and 18 feet long) in our designated lots. To simplify your game day experience, our general public parking lots are color-coded with signage along pedestrian routes:
Pink Zone – Park & Walk
Jogging Trail Lot: Opens at 7 a.m. on Saturdays and 5 p.m. on weeknights, with a six-minute walk to the stadium.
Purple Zone – Park & Walk
Chemistry Lot: Opens at 7 a.m. on Saturdays and 5 p.m. on weeknights, with an eight-minute walk.
Circuit Lots: Open three hours before kickoff on Saturdays and 5 p.m. on weeknights, with a 12-14 minute walk.
Research Drive Garage: Opens three hours before kickoff on Saturdays and 5 p.m. on weeknights, with a 19-minute walk.
Green Zone – Park & Walk
Duke University Road Lots: Open five hours before kickoff on Saturdays and 5 p.m. on weeknights, with a 12-minute walk.
Yellow Zone – Courtesy Shuttle Lots
GC and H Lots – Courtesy Shuttle Service: Ideal for those looking to minimize walking. Courtesy shuttles, accessible for guests with disabilities, operate from three hours before kickoff to one hour postgame, running every 15–20 minutes. Shuttles depart from designated pick-up/drop-off points along Yearby Avenue and drop off at the Duke Chapel, from where it’s a five-minute walk to Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium through the center of campus. Postgame, guests can find shuttle queues at the Duke Chapel for the return journey.

Iron Duke parking lots open at 6 a.m. on Saturday game days and 5 p.m. for weekday game days.
Parking permits are valid only on the Duke Football game day listed on the permit. Permits must be shown to parking staff upon lot entry and at any time inside the lot upon request.
Parking permits cannot be duplicated for any reason.
Parking permits cannot be combined to park recreational or oversized vehicles (RV/OV) outside the designated lot or to provide space for a tailgate party.
In the event of lot overflow, follow the direction of the parking attendant for the closest available location.
RV/OV parking is designed for vehicles larger than nine feet wide and/or 18 feet long. Parking spaces are 54 feet long and 18 feet wide, are not reserved, and cannot be saved for others. You may bring one tow trailer or vehicle, provided it fits within your assigned space. Duke parking staff will be on hand to assist with all RV/OV parking to ensure efficient use of the lot.
Parking Pricing: $70.00 per vehicle per game. Permits must be purchased online through Duke University Parking & Transportation Services (linked above), including purchases on game day at the lot entrance.
For Saturday Games: Parking is available exclusively in the GC Lot, accessed from Yearby Avenue off Anderson Street. RV/OV vehicles are not permitted to park in other locations. The lot is open from 6–9 p.m. on the Friday before game day and from 7 a.m. on game day, closing at noon on Sunday following the game. We recommend parking your RV/OV at least three hours prior to the game for smooth entry.
For Weeknight Games: Parking is available exclusively in the Duke University Road 2 Lot, accessed off Duke University Road. This is a gravel parking area. RV/OV vehicles are not permitted to park in other locations. Refer to the game-specific parking & traffic alert for RV/OV parking hours on weeknight games.
For a seamless game day experience, here's what rideshare and taxi drivers need to know:
Designated Drop-Off/Pick-Up Location: Services with clearly visible company logos must use the designated zone at the Science Drive Visitors Lot off Science Drive. This is a 20-minute zone for quick drop-offs and pick-ups only, with no parking allowed. Access this area via NC 751/Cameron Blvd. to Science Drive. No staging on Science Drive, including at campus bus stops. Drivers must follow directions from parking and traffic control staff for vehicle staging within the lot.
Traffic Flow: Traffic on Frank Bassett Drive is one-way, entering from Science Drive and exiting onto NC 751/Cameron Blvd., at the Grounds Lot. Drivers must adhere to the directions of game day parking staff for vehicle staging in this area.
Postgame Pick-Up: From the start of the fourth quarter, all rideshare vehicles should access campus via the NC 751/Science Drive intersection and stage inside the Science Drive Visitors Lot. No staging along Science Drive, including at campus bus stops. To avoid post-game traffic delays, it is recommended to stage vehicles by mid-fourth quarter for post-game pickups.
Enjoy a positive game day tailgating experience by following these guidelines:
Location: Tailgating is allowed in surface lots only and not permitted inside parking garages, including the roof.
Space Use: Tailgate items (tents, tables, coolers, games, etc.) must not extend into drive lanes, sidewalks or additional parking spaces and should not impede foot or vehicular traffic. One parking permit equals one space.
Support Green Game Day: Support Green Game Days by using provided trash and recycling bags near portable restrooms. Clean up and tie all bags before leaving them along the curb for post-game pick-up by crews.
Grill Safely: Open flame fires, including fire pits, are prohibited. Use propane and charcoal grills responsibly and attend to them at all times. Extinguish charcoal thoroughly with water and dispose of it in designated containers near portable restrooms.
Alcohol Use: Comply with all federal, state and local laws, including those regarding possession, distribution and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Guests appearing to be impaired or in a diminished capacity may be denied stadium entry. Remember, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted to enter the stadium.

Please be aware that the Jogging Trail Lot operates on a pre-purchase pass basis only and does not accept cash payments.

Free parking is available for all women's basketball games in the Science Drive Garage, specifically on Levels 4 to 7. Women's basketball general public parking opens two hours before each game's tip-off.
To secure an Iron Duke parking permit for women's basketball, please visit the Iron Dukes website or call (919) 613-7575. Remember, these permits are unique to the permit holder, non-transferable and must be prominently displayed on your vehicle's rearview mirror. Designated Iron Duke parking is conveniently located in the Whitford Drive lot, Card Gym lot and Science Drive Garage (Levels 2 and 3), opening two hours before each game's tip-off. Ensure you have your permit, either in mobile or physical form, for entry into these lots.
